1. Responsible in facilitating classes for trainees about the
product knowledge and communication skills dealing with the
exisisting and potential customers.
2. Attending meetings, seminars, and upskill trainings.
3. Creating reports related to 0-30 agents endorsed to
production to assess and monitor their proficiency and
retention.
