Using data-driven assessment results, design and develop instructional content and multi-modality learning solutions for a variety of platforms and delivery systems including learning management systems and classroom delivery. Perform project management, data tracking, reporting and collaboration among various stakeholders. Develop, implement and assess new protocols, strategies and initiatives to enhance and increase knowledge retention and on-the-job application of knowledge. Provide comprehensive career counseling, personality type assessment and targeted employment acquisition preparation. Content knowledge areas include: ESOL/ESL, Education, Business, Finance, Workforce Development Adult Education and Academic Advising.
