I am interested in a Transaction Coordinator position. I received my Real Estate license in Januray 2016. I have closed several transactions since receiving my license and work as a full-time Transaction Coordinator. I have full understanding of real estate contracts and organizing contractual obligation and contingency removal dates. I can handle a high volume of files. I am comfortable showing property and holding open houses.
