- Four years of transaction/listing coordinator experience across 25 states in the US with multiple brokerages with major companies - Well-versed in MLS input, hiring photographers/sign installers - Accurate and up to date checklists pulled from your office to keep your file on track throughout the transaction with your progress - All documents to be reviewed and checked for completion and accuracy - Update you with timelines for different parts of the transaction (earnest money due, inspection timeline, closing date approaching, etc.) - Communication with the escrow/title officer, lender, and co-agent for document requests - Familiar with SkySlope, Dotloop, RE Paperless, and more.
