I love staying organized and making everyone's life easier. It brings me happiness whenever I turn someone's day around into a positive one even in the simplest way. Work is no different. My main goal is to always deliver my best service to any client I'm working with and it is important they know they have someone they can trust and depend on. Being a freelancer focusing on transcription and proofreading has never been easy. But I guess as a BPO representative for more than 3 years, having undivided attention, accuracy, flexibility, and efficiency helped me a lot in doing my job. I am working for QA World for more than a year and recently got hired by CastingWords as Transcriber / Grader, and TranscriptionStaff.com as a Proofreader. When I was still in the BPO industry, I have received several awards for achieving a high quality of work and customer satisfaction. I have a proven track record in managing multiple functions, solving problems, maintaining confidentiality, and a strong desire to work hard and perform well. I always demonstrate the care about the quality of my work and very open to learning and to being trained should it be needed for the tasks I will handle. When I'm not at work, I tend to do things like watch crime and investigative shows like Criminal Minds and rerun Die Hard movies. I'm also enjoying my motherhood with my adorable four-year-old child. My son is my absolute rock and has helped me to understand my purpose. I guess motherhood has taught me everything. It's taught me about celebration and failure; about strength, gratitude, and perseverance; about support and perspective. It has helped me to be independent and fully accountable for my work. And that's now a very important driving factor that has helped me excel. My mom has always made sure that we give back to the community, and continuously instilled in me the idea that a smile and the question "how are you?" goes a long way. I think sometimes professionals can get so caught up in their success that they don't take the time to look around and help those who are in need. Most of all, it has taught me to have fun. No matter how busy you are, life is about the journey. And it's okay to enjoy the ride. Work hard, play hard.
