    Don't read this, I want Donna to be available when I need here, lol. Here's why: I gave her a twenty hour job on the Friday before Christmas with a Tuesday deadline and she finished it on Saturday! She asks great questions, follows directions well, and adds value by turning an average looking document into a beautiful one. She also knows Excel and Word really well and uses tricks most people don't know to speed up how quickly she can finish your job.
