As a young teacher, I teach children from a young age basic English Language skills. One of my many tasks is to develop learners’ competencies and skills to function successfully in society. and this ability encourages me to learn soft skills on a day to day basis in an increasingly demanding world environment. My first education at an early age started at the primary school "Mazllom Kepuska" in Gjakova, Kosova and I was known as a quiet, ambitious girl which completed her studies with excellent results. Then, I would be engaged in the department of Mathematics & Informatics in Gjakova, Kosova and I learned the basics of mathematics and informatics which subject I would no longer follow at the university. I earned my bachelor's degree in English from the University of Pristina in 2013, and my master's degree also in the English Language, and I was one of the top 10 classmates to use communication/language for academic and career purposes. I am currently involved with administrative tasks at NGO “Kosova Development Centre” where I am responsible for the overall administration and additional support of the project. Besides, maintaining project correspondence and communication; collect, register, and maintain on project activities I am learning the establishment of cooperation with other organizations, local and central government, civil society, and community building through the process of project implementation. I have developed strong relationship skills by providing translation services for the Khan Academy website "The Art of Storytelling" at the NGO "Kosova Education Center", in Pristina and it offered young people involved in the program the opportunity to experience the challenges endured by the animated characters such as the death of their loved ones thus the characters transform into personal heroes by helping their young children succeed at life. We were also willing to help other colleagues, for example, in administration assisted the Finance office by volunteering to prepare purchase requests. I would participate in team meetings and write minutes of the meetings, meetings with consultants, school visits, etc. I wrote 10 new Albanian and English slogans working for the MDA consultancy company/ the graphic design development team to promote 100% agro dairy products. Other tasks include: ADD CV-s in MDA’s database; Convert CV-s into MDA format style; Translate documents from the English Language to Albanian'. Assist the organizer in training sessions with participant registration and maintaining a good training environment between participants and the host place of the training session; etc. During the years 2011 – 2014 I provided translation services at Kosova Development Centre in Gjakova, Kosova in two different projects “West Means Business - Enabling Business Environment in Region West." and "Vegetable (Un) Chain - Unleashing competitiveness of the vegetable processing chain in the South West (Kosovo).
