I am an Architect with 4 years of experience in UK House Planning & design and can provide you with planning Permission Drawings from the hand-drawn draft. I can do Drawings for detached, semi-detached, or terrace property of the UK for planning approval from hand-drawn survey drafts.

You will have existing drawings of property.

In this Project, You shall receive -

- Existing & Proposed All Floor PLANS including Roof Plan.
- Existing & Proposed One Longitudinal Section.
- Existing & Proposed Side Elevations.
- Existing & Proposed Rear Elevation
- Existing & Proposed Front Elevation.
- Existing & Proposed Block Plans

Files you have :
* Both PDF and DWG (AutoCAD) of final work

Requirements from client to start on:

- Need clear measured survey documents (measured drafts & images of existing property) from a surveyor 

- Proposal requirements from the client. 

- Property address and postcode.

You are open to discuss if any changes are required and any amendment of your choice.
You shall have the necessary Amendments even after completing the project.

* Please note that the price should be asked for drawings of large scale properties.
