We will forward out to you the initial intake forms to be completed. Upon receipt of same, we prepare the Florida court-approved documentation and return it to you within a couple of days. You have the choice of either filing them directly with the Court yourself, or we can file them through our courthouse courier and will provide you with true copies for your files.
