Am currently working as a level-03 voice implementation engineer responsible for implementing core voice solutions in OBS infrastructure, configuring Microsoft teams direct routing in teams tenant, doing initial configuration of AudioCodes SBCs (Session border controllers) and building trunks between the customer network (PSTN,ISDN/PRI, SIP carrier) and Microsoft teams client to migrate customer on-premises network to the cloud, configuring gateways with LMO (local media optimization) and LBR (location based routing) features to connect with teams, pre- migration and provisioning of users in Azure Active Directory, and am currently started to study python for developing API applications for contact center solutions.
