I can build your game level design or video level design, I can use Unreal 4 or Unreal 5EA depending on the need, I have used the Quixel Megascan assets before and have experience working with them for movie quality scene, I do not create the assets as I will just build the level with the assets I already own or use the assets you already have along with any available free assets, I have more than 1 year experience with Level Design. The computer I own can handle working with high quality assets and high lighting system like Lumen in unreal 5.
