A high fidelity prototype, running on the target platform is an invaluable design tool to prove your concept actually works, to showcase your concept or for usability testing. All you need to do is provide me with wireframes of your concept and any graphical assets you wish to include. Before starting work, I will give you an estimate of how long I think it will take to build. The more complex the concept, the longer it will take. My platform of choice is C#/XAML, but I have worked in Qt QML and Flash in the past, so I can easily adapt.
