Evaluation of movable property (equipment, machinery, vehicles) according to international valuation standards. Authorized by the Ministry of Justice Member of the professional association ANEVAR ANEVAR was founded in 1992, as an independent non-governmental professional association, according to the legal provisions in force at that time, and in 2011 the profession of authorized evaluator was regulated by the Romanian Government Ordinance no. 24/2011 on some measures in the field of property valuation, approved with amendments by Law no. 99/2013, ANEVAR being constituted as a professional organization of public utility, without patrimonial purpose, which includes the authorized evaluators who acquire this quality, under the conditions provided by the normative act mentioned above. The adoption or use of any International Valuation Standards Council Standards by any entity is entirely voluntary and at the user’s risk. The International Valuation Standards Council does not control how or if any entity chooses to use the Standards and does not and cannot ensure or require compliance with the Standards. The International Valuation Standards Council does not audit, monitor, review or control in any way the manner in which users apply the Standards.
