  • Installation of Various Linux Operating systems like Fedora, Centos, Red hat,Ubuntu, suse and installing Squid, Send Mail.
  • Attending call's as per the priority. 
  • User administration, creating, modifying and deletion. 
  • Resetting UNIX account password.
  • Installing applications on Linux flavors.
  • RPM package management, installing, upgrading and configuration.
  • Configuring the SAMBA server and client.
  • Resolving IPtable and SELinux issue. 
  • Services configuration: Telnet, SSH & FTP.
  • Jobs scheduling: Crontab jobs.
  • Troubleshooting: Grub errors, HDD errors, kernel panic errors troubleshooting & resolving. Configuring the grub priority & Breaking the root password.
  • Installing Software’s, SAMBA, NFS, FILE PERMISSIONS, and WEBSERVER.
  • Configuring SAMBA, NFS & FTP. Installing & upgrading software’s, and monitoring Apache. Creating Database and importing database and backups.
  • Checking and monitoring live log messages to resolve server related issues.
  • Extensive experience of onsite Application Deployment and Database Setup, and Issue resolving at operation level, and co-ordination with Development Team
  • Installation and Configuration of Open Source Monitoring Tool known as NAGIOS.
  • Proficient in installation and configuring ISDN PRI CARDS (OpenVox/Synway/DIGIUM / SANGOMA).
  • Voice Digital Gateways – FXS Gateways/Devices such Audio Codes, Cisco ATAs, IP Phones, Grandstream.
  • Telecom Interfaces and Protocols: ISDN, TDM, IPLC, PSTN, SS7
  • Expertise in setting up Asterisk, FreePBX, Issabel, Vicidial, IncrediblePBX for ITES, With ISDN PRI and SIP Integration 
  • Implementation of Call Centre CRM as well as Hardware Like (VOIP Gateways, Dialogic, Ai-Logix, EPABX, Sangoma, Digium and Openvox, IP Phone).
  • Vicidial Inbound Auto Dialer configuration & configuration.
  • Database Maintenance.
  • Btrix24 CRM integration with asterisk and FreePBX.
