The video editor is responsible for the production of video content for an organization. The job includes creating, editing, and publishing videos.

   The Editor is responsible for the content of a publication. The Editor’s primary responsibility is to provide content strategy and direction to the staff in charge of producing the publication.   

   Responsibilities:

   1. Develop and execute the editorial strategy for a given publication, including the selection of articles and photos

   2. Manage a team of production staff who write, edit, and design articles for publication

   3. Manage all aspects of production (e.g., deadlines, budget)

   4. Ensure that content meets company standards and legal requirements

   5. Create new content including: articles, columns, photo essays, videos, infographics

      The Translator is responsible for translating the target language text into the source language text. This includes translating not only words, but also idioms, grammar, and cultural references.                                                                                                                       

      Responsibilities:

      1. Translate the written text into a new language

      2. Ensure that the translated text is accurate and readable to a native speaker of the target language

      3. Conduct research on cultural norms and customs to ensure accuracy of translation

      4. Ensure that any special characters are properly translated

      5. Conduct research on proper grammar usage in each language

      6. Conduct research on proper idioms and slang usage in each language

      7. Provide regular status updates to management

         Designers are responsible for creating compelling design solutions that are appropriate for the user and the business needs. Designers must be able to translate high-level requirements into pixel-perfect mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that can be reviewed by engineers, stakeholders, and other designers. They must also be able to create final production-ready assets including graphics, icons, and fonts.                   

         Responsibilities:

            This position will be responsible for data entry, including but not limited to: transcribing from audio recordings, typing from handwritten notes, and filling in forms. Data entry can be a full-time or part-time job.
