• Identify, buy, and manage current and new sports season accounts/investments
• Manage local & overseas teams to execute strategic inventory acquisition
• Strategically price and provide pricing guidance using past data to maximize profits
• Use statistical analysis of past sales data, current market conditions, and market/sports trends to make decisions on future inventory acquisition strategies
• Utilizing cost-benefit analysis with the purpose of achieving optimal price efficiency
• Using proprietary software pricing tools to create strategies to optimally price tickets in real-time
• Devise and execute pricing strategies with the goal of increasing profitability throughout the inventory lifecycle  


Real Estate Sales and Appointment Setter
• Responds to apartment inquiries (listed in StreetEasy.com) in HomeRhino, Gmail, and Skype
• Set appointments according to the availability of our brokers/clients/existing tenants to do an in-person/virtual tour in a shared spreadsheet
• Renewing listings on StreetEasy every 3-4 days
• Making calls to existing tenants to ask access for their apartment to tour new tenants that will be renting
• Creating demand for potential tenants to encourage them to rent with us.


Insurance Processing Agent
Process the following documents:
• Claims – Liability, Auto, Worker’s compensation and Property Claims
• Certificate of Liability Insurance
• Evidence of Property Insurance
• Notices of Cancellation
• Endorsements
- Preparing and managing reports of productivity and providing assistance to the management.
- Handling all correspondence through telephone and email and making sure that the multiple is available.
- Monitoring various processes for the verification of client information and entering it into the computer.
- Modifying, updating, and processing existing policies, making claims to reflect any change in the type of insurance, coverage amount, or beneficiary.
- Corresponding with the agent or the insured to inform them or receive the information about the account status or alterations.
- Evaluating original insurance applications, letters from agents or policyholders, and other documents of the company in order to find out the effects of changes or needs to make changes.
- Reviewing and verifying data such as name, address, age, policies, the value of assets on the insurance form, and principal sum.
- Processing and keeping records of new claims and policies.
