Well versed across all functions of eCommerce with area of focus in videography.

•  Manage existing and new eCommerce accounts across various marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora) and owned sites
• Assist with all marketing activities revolving around eCommerce including
• Planning/execution of product launches across platforms
• Assisting with preparations of photo shoots
• In platform advertising
• Performance Marketing
• Achieve all key metrics set quarterly/yearly
• Ensure all content (pages, products and prices, etc) are displayed accurately, up to date and in line with guidelines/references at all times
• Resolve any operational issues from online marketplaces
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor customer reviews
• Assist with daily orders, picking and packing when necessary, alongside replenishment and coordinating pickups from the designated logistics partners
• Assist with other duties where applicable
