       I am an executive virtual assistant. I have previously worked as an executive assistant to two hospital CEOs. In my previous roles my excellent communication skills, flexibility and grit ensured my bosses reached their goals within a set time limit, even shorter time with outstanding results. My love for team playing ensured my colleagues experienced a 50% improvement in quality of work delivered.

    While in these positions I handled a wide variety of administrative duties ranging from:

  • Managing calendars,
  • Organizing emails,
  • Stakeholder management,
  • Travel itineraries, 
  • Scheduling meetings, 
  • Taking meeting minutes,
  • Data entry,
  • Internet research, 
  • Project management, 
  • Preparing presentations and memos just to name a few.

             I am hopeful that in the near future I get the chance to work with more leaders and CEOs to help them achieve project milestones and also gain mentorship  that will better the quality of human life.
