Good Day! I have been working in the BPO Industry since 2007. My first job was a Technical Support Representative under the Quickbooks Accounting Software (Account) .We do basic trouble shooting like Installing and uninstalling the software , we assist clients with problems with the application inside and outside the software itself and lastly we upsell. My next job was as a Costumer Service Representative in a company under the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Account . Our job there is basically involve cMedical claims status.I took a break from the this industry and worked abroad as a Nurse and then after 2 years of working I came back and currently working as a Medical Claims Reviewer (United Health Group- Medical Insurance base in the U.S.A) . It is a back office , myu job there is 80% claims review and 20% of it is calls.
