I have more than 20 years experience in customer service - call center industry. One of the accounts that I handled was Insurance Company in United States. Some of the services I provided was product inquiry, processing loans and withdrawals. I also coordinated with other departments of the company depending on the client's needs. I processed death claim and can multitask since we offered a fast track claim. 

I worked as Marketing Executive in United Arab Emirates. It was telemarketing / cold calling job. I called companies to offer ISO Certification. After 1 year, I got promoted as a Marketing Team Leader. I handled 8 executives to assist and make sure that they are hitting the sales quota. I sometimes go out to meet the prospect clients for the quotation and to explain further our services and close the deal for signing. 

It was tough during the pandemic so I went home to the Philippines to take over the family's business. Currently I am a canteen concessionaire in a construction company located in Makati City. This is my third project. The first one is a mall, the 2nd and 3rd projects are twin tower 40 floors condominium. I sell packed meals to workers and staff. I also have a lot of grocery items like chips, noodles and canned goods. Due to the crisis we are currently facing and price increase to everything it is a real challenge to do the budgeting and marketing. However, with the right strategy and help of my 10 staff I am able to survive. I trained each staff I have to multitask that is why I have vacant time to look for an online job. 


I believe that I can provide good service to my future employer and I am willing to adapt to whatever is new and I'm sure I can cope since I'm a fast learner.
