I've been working for 5 years in the IT industry. My background lays mostly in Quality Assurance and as a Front-End Developer, I'm also a Freelance Editor and an Audio Transcriptionist. I enjoy contributing new ideas, I am self motivated and an a good team player. I understand the importance of Time management. I want to obtain a position that will enable me to use my organizational skills, educational background and my ability to work well with people. I am currently working at home as an Editor and a transcriptionist. I believe that the skills and experiences I have gained at this position make me an ideal candidate for the job. As an Editor, I have developed strong writing and editing skills. For example, one of my main duties is to check the grammar of the students on their essay and to be able to teach them the proper way on constructing a sentence. This duty requires meticulous writing and editing skills, and an ability to convey complex ideas clearly. My experience as an Editor and a transcriber has afforded me the opportunity to become familiar with the proper grammar and to understand the students clearly. I am always eager to learn more about being a writer, reading up on these topics on my own time to become more knowledgeable. I would love to bring this passion to your company.
