I come from a business-savvy background that focuses on business strategy and it's alignment with the IT technology. Being the technology ambassador for the business, My focus is to create solutions for small and medium tier businesses. Understanding how the business functions allows the improved agility and capitalization of industry opportunities that the business wants to attain. Controlling the strategic corporate partnerships, managing operational risk and reducing technology expenditure with new technologies is a key goal for being the CIO. My relationship with business owners and their IT leaders is to develop an understanding and education of what technology gaps are visible within the business. With this understanding, creating a strategic direction to manage change, governance and to build an alignment between IT and the business is the end goal. I believe the relationship amongst the relevant stakeholder is a key factor for moving the business in the right direction for technology delivery.
