Over 18+ years’ of PA/Secretarial experience at Executive Board level for the worlds’ third largest Logistics provider Vast experience in working in a fast paced, challenging but professional business environment. Great team player, good work ethic, tenacious, friendly and approachable manner, I greet all tasks with a smile and always with a ‘can do attitude’. Exemplary planning and organizational skills. Conscientious, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels with the ability to exhibit integrity, tact and discretion at all times. Throughout my career whomever I have worked for can always place their full trust in me to get on with the job in-hand, knowing that all things will be taken care in a timely and diligently manner. Energized, enthusiastic and great sense of humor (even when filing). Ability to work calmly and methodically within pressurised situations. Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail. Event Planning experience including internal/external meeting arrangements. Stong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint skills. Solid experience working with other applications such as the Adobe suite of products experience / InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. JDE (Purchase to Pay/Invoicing). Prince 2 Foundation certified (Project Management qualification) – I have the forethought to envisage the planning of tasks or projects from start to finish.
