My 30 plus year career has been in and around the world of professional sales, Marketing and business development. My first sales mentors introduced me to sophisticated methodologies, including those derived from Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Behavioral Sciences. With corporate sales experience, sales strategy and infrastructure consulting as well as owning and operating three highly successful businesses, I have both the knowledge and experience to drive sales at every level of an organization. Leading by example, I never ask anyone on my team to do something I have not done myself, is a hallmark of my success. The sales profession allows me act in service to everyone I work with and challenges me to improve my communication skills each and every day! I enjoy practicing, teaching, demonstrating and competing in Martial Arts in Los Angeles, CA where I live, work, and enjoy an active lifestyle and healthy living with my family. I also enjoy giving back to the community, I have run a non profit dedicated to child empowerment, run my own martial arts school "Full Circle Martial Arts" dedicated to providing a positive outlet for at risk youth while living on Oahu. Currently I amworking with "A Year Without War" a non-profit that is dedicated to achieving a global year without war on or before the year 2020. My experience in growing high performance sales teams as well as leveraging resources to empower strategic partnerships gives him the knowledge, know-how, courage and compassion to elevate any sales and marketing organization to exciting new heights!
