I have 20 years of consulting and research experience focusing on characterizing and quantifying runoff and discharges, their water quality, and impacts on receiving waters. My background includes collecting/analyzing data and developing state-of-the-science hydrologic, hydrodynamic and water quality models which provides me with a wide-ranging perspective on complex water resource issues and how they impact a variety of water uses and regulators.
