How much does this cost?

I work as a solo developer and offer a flat rate for my time - $70 per hour but this is currently discounted to $50 per hour for my first Guru clients! You will get an estimate for total hours, based on a brief, before the project starts, so you will get an idea of total cost for the whole project.

How would we proceed?

Before any payment is agreed you will first send me a basic (one or two sentences) description of the app or program you would like. This will be in the format of "I need X that can do Y to achieve Z". For example:

"I need an online timekeeping system for my employees, that can accurately track hours worked, so that I don't have to pay for unnecessary overtime."

From this I will create a basic estimate of the work involved and project cost. If you find this acceptable, we will move into more detailed planning, which will involve a plan for the work to be done (in Jira) and a more accurate cost analysis, down to how each individual hour of development work will be used.

What about when the project is complete?

All Django web apps are built with a robust and powerful admin panel included. From here anyone can manage the app, no coding knowledge required!

User accounts can be created, deleted, suspended, edited etc. Web pages can be dynamically updated or generated from items added to the database. This is all done through text boxes, check boxes and selection dropdowns. Again, no coding knowledge required!
