Major projects completed include: Development of an e-commerce system that provides ordering for over 150 skills assessment products. Management of this site includes search engine optimization and pay-per-click ad placement via Google, Yahoo, and MSN. Development of an order fulfillment system that allows for a single point of entry for order processing for online and phone orders. Development of an online assessment system that provides secure online delivery of over 75 skills tests. This system is currently in use by over 100 companies including Wal-Mart, Coca-Cola, Georgia-Pacific, Emerson Network Power, and Lexmark. Developed of a web-based statistical analysis package for scoring assessments. This system integrates with customer accounts and the online assessments system to provide detailed reporting of individual and account statistics. Tests can be imported from NCS blue scoring sheets, imported from online testing accounts, or manual entered providing easy integration
