I am a Executive Assistant to a COO of multiple automotive dealerships; our company was named one of the top 50 fastest growing companies in our area. In this position, I have worked with many 'Type A' personality who strive for nothing less than excellence. The reason I am so successful in this administrative position is because I am outgoing, flexible yet stern, direct and very well organized. I, too, strive for excellence and always achieve our goals. My nature is to be a positive force and help bring joy to the live's of others while being as productive as possible. It is very possible to have enjoyment in the workplace, yet have an efficiently run business and schedule. Laughter truly does keep people moving forward in life. Deadlines, deadlines, deadlines. The world should have more deadlines and higher expectations. People need boundaries, high expectations and result-based job descriptions. How else can we hold each other, let alone ourselves, accountable?
