I am creating wiring harness designs for 3d as well as 2d in catia.  Project Management and execution for all electrical wiring harness projects.  Responsible for wiring harness business development.  Responsible for the strategy planning related to wiring harness activities globally for the passenger & Commercial vehicles.  To prepare plan for budgeting & forecasting, time/resource facility availability/utilization.  Prepare Global standard in between DAF & Grammer AG Company.  Responsible for vehicle level electrical systems integration and technical project management from concept stage to production for new product development.  Regular onsite visits to Germany for business purpose.  Kick-off meetings for new programs to align scope, milestones and timeline. Schedule regular webex meetings for work progress.  Poka Yoke for wiring harness as well support to all other Team members who are working for wiring harness for vehicle interiors  Working with Grammer China, Belgium, Germany, Japan & Turkey.
