Timeline The proposed timeline for any project is about 6 weeks split in 3 phases: Phase 1 (1 week): CMS evaluation & environment setup Phase 2 (4 weeks): Implementation & QA Phase 3 (1 week): Training & project handover Support will be provided for a 3 weeks after the implementation at a rate of $55 per hour. In addition to the service packages listed in the "Fee Summary", additional services can be provided including: Brainstorm sessions Additional documents can also be produced throughout the project including: CMS playbook The above-mentioned services will be quoted on a on demand basis.
