As a Team Lead in a BPO, I work as the point of contact of my agents and the Operations Manager. My main job is to always motivate my direct reports to come in to work and perform what is expected from them or even exceeds it. I do the team meeting of what should we goal for the day and where we at as a Month to date statistic. I am a people person, I work with different people with different strokes or methodology. I make sue that we work with fun all the time and see to it our heart is on the job so we can work very well. I also have a background with power point, basic excel, word, etc.
