searching and writing about nutrition have been a part of my life since my college times. During my education, especially while writing my graduation thesis, I learned how to do research for articles to reach reliable information. After my graduation, I have always continued to research to stay up to date on nutrition and health trends. Over time I've become capable of researching and writing more professionally.
