I crave knowledge! I love writing & research on any topic. I have 12+yrs intensive study of The Christian Bible, as well as 3 college credits in Theology. I have boxes full of hand written notes on the subject. & quite an extensive library of Christian books. Also, 20+yrs studying cooking & why things are cooked the way they are. Completed a course in wine tasting & pairing with food in 1997. I have exp in family style, as well as, large quantity, buffet style restaurants for 16yrs, as well as currently. Research & writing on any topic excites me,. Also many years exp in about every kind of crafting, from crochet. embroidery , landscape oil painting, beading, sewing/quilting, drawing, wood burning, knot tying, candle making, flower arranging, DIY projects, the study of color, etc. Many years of vegetable gardening, college credits in Horticulture. Received A+ on every test I took. Raised my 3 sons alone from a young age. They are all grown now (ages 29. 23, &20) & providing for their own families. 7 grandchildren, 2 boys, 5 girls. Been a 9yr victim of horrific physical domestic violence while married to my now ex-husband. Due to only 1 paycheck, (mine) & no regular child support, I've learned a lot of survivor skills & have both exp of living with much & with little-to-nothing. Exposed frequently with people who, so-to-speak, "live on the hill" as well as those who "live in the gutter." I did not finish high school, but did complete the 10th grade. Completed a GED at age 40, now 48, with outstanding, above average scores in every test,(86% Reading, 76% Writing, 54% Math, 99% Science, 79% Social Studies.) Passing score is 410. My score was 604. Multiple certificates in various Bible Studies on about every topic. Been Employee of the Month at my workplace several times.
