I have been working as a Yoga teacher for the past sixteen years. Mainly I follow Sivananda style Hatha Yoga. But sometimes I prefer to include Satyananda style and Vivekananda Kendra Yogas. I have done my TTC and ATT (yoga Acharya) courses from Sivananda center Neyyardam. And another instructor course from Vivekananda Kendra Yogas Bangalore. Moreover, I have been in the Bihar school of yoga for a year to learn specific practices like Yoga Nidra (meditation) and various yoga asanas. Then I started my Yoga center in my home town .for for about six years. And teach in a school as well. later on, I started to teach people at their home
