? Helping with recruiting team when necessary and help them to structure HR policy.
? Creating an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale which can take the business to
next level.
? Overseeing the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
? Working with senior stakeholders, chief financial officer, chief information officer, and other executives to
understand their work flow and process and guide and help them to driven in one direction.
? Assuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
? Working with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long term goals.
? Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company through SWOT analyzis.
? Building alliances and partnerships with other organizations for cross business benefits.
? Over seeing day-to-day operation of the company.
? Working closely with the human resource department to ensure great attritions free hiring through quality
manpower.

Work Terms

working hours - 10 am to 5 pm payment terms - weekly bank transfer. Languages known - English, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam.
