An experienced Development/Managing Partner (Independent Contractor), with a proven track record of delivering ‘real-world’ international consultancy including pre-project review, restructuring advice, post-failure analysis and Expert Witness services to protect investments through defensive process and risk minimisation. Key strengths include: accessing and interrogating diverse data to enable comprehensive evaluation of target business and restructures to clarify feasibility/value; analysing new and existing projects to identify ‘gaps’ between project novelty/risk to rectify failure pathways and manage sustainability; assisting Boards as expert ‘second pair of eyes’ to understand cause-of-failure and develop preventative survival strategies.
Work Terms
Pre payment of 1/3 of task budget as initiation fee.
Balance on agreed milestones, within 20 working days.
Will work on daily/hourly or task based basis.
