I have been working since March 2002 for various reputable contracting and consultancy firms located in KSA, UAE and Palestinian Territories, my post varied from projects manager, cost consultant, senior quantity surveyor, senior estima-tor, project engineer, site engineer, water engineer, planner, office engineer, procurement manager, and contract ad-ministrator for a variety of projects related to:
• Schools.
• Buildings.
• Towers,
• Feasibility studies.
• Infrastructure; e.g. water transmission & networks.
• Mega projects.
I have solid knowledge and experience of using miscellaneous contract types in compliance with the clients’ objectives during the procurement and tendering different stages; i.e. pre-contract and post-contract stages based on a re-measured, lump sum, reimbursable, target cost & maximum price contract sum. I am familiar of procurement’s strate-gies to meet the client requirements; moreover, I have been working for diversity of projects of different procurement routes (Traditional, Design & Build “Engineering, Procurement & Construction”, Construction Management, Management Contracting, Turn Key and others).
