Biostatistics and data analysis are my great concerns. I promise to handle challenges during my work. I have enough experience to finish my projects accurately and professionally.
I am a biostatistician, data analyst, and an oncology clinical pharmacist who is fond of dealing with data and extract some valuable descriptive knowledge from it. I mastered biostatistics using R programming including visualizations and applying different regression models and survival analysis for some projects. These projects covered four issues; Efficacy of two calcium formula in children with multiple fractures, and Stratifying and Comparing median time of progression-free survival vs overall survival, and Applying interaction term in a multiple linear regression model, and Correlation matrix and testing confounders in a multiple logistic regression model. Then I mastered data analysis using Python and applied it for data analysis and data wrangling projects. Then projects were; Exploring US Bikeshare Data project that is done by using Python to understand U.S. bike-share data and calculate statistics and build an interactive environment where a user chooses the data and filters for a dataset to analyze, and Wrangle and Analyze Data project which included gathering data from a variety of sources and in a variety of formats, assess its quality and tidiness, then clean it, after that showcase of wrangling efforts through analyses and visualizations using Python.
