My responsibilities include:

? Coordination with sales and marketing departments and incorporating the sales orders in the items.
? Receiving Purchase orders from the consignee and ordering the required items for production to suppliers.
? Checking all products quality and reporting to the Management.
? Preparation of sales invoices, dispatch notes and the relevant documents.
? Preparation of basic Accounts.
? Controlling daily payment, Cheque Transferring ,other banking activities and submission of bank related documents.
? Pre & Post shipping documents and Exports activities documentation.
? Preparing BRC documents ,Freight Invoices and submitting in the Bank.
? Ability to correspond with existing clientele network.
? Daily Data entering to System.
? Normal letter drafting and sending to customers/suppliers.
? Checking of all incoming emails and distributing to the concerned persons/departments.
? Attending telephone calls, filing all documents and main
