Work Terms

# Work Terms for Freelance Design Engineer

## Availability
I will be available to work for 4 hours each day, seven days a week. The specific hours of work will be mutually agreed upon and can be flexible based on the project requirements and deadlines.

## Communication
All communication will be conducted via mail. I will respond to all mails within a reasonable time frame, not exceeding 24 hours unless otherwise specified.

## Scope of Work
I will provide services that include, but are not limited to:
- Conceptualizing, designing, and drafting engineering designs
- Reviewing and improving existing designs
- Collaborating with the team to ensure design specifications are met

## Compensation
Compensation will be project-based or hourly, as agreed upon before the commencement of work, within the agreed payment terms.

## Confidentiality
I agrees to keep all project details and related information confidential, both during and after the term of the contract.

## Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, I will be compensated for all work performed up until the termination date.
