Hello everyone, My name is Adam Turner and one thing I can say is that I love to help people. I have been working in IT directly and indirectly for about 5 years now. I started out just helping family members and friends with their very basic IT needs and then I started to notice that even at my non IT 9 to 5, I was also helping people around the office with their computer issues to figure out what the heck is wrong with their machine. After some time of me doing this, my beautiful suggested I should just stop ignoring my calling, brush-up on some key skills and put my resume out there for job considerations.

Once I finally was accepted by a well-known Tech company to bring my talents for troubleshooting and deep thinking to work for them, I figured out a ton about myself and learned some cool stuff along the way.

Of course as you grow and your knowledge grows and you notice that the people who make this world spins are forgotten about or just given sub-par IT repair services. Never again folks, well at least with me ever again.
