Allround expert troubleshooter

I have over 20 years of professional experience in being a network/systems admin and developing code. Configuring switches and firewalls, help companies migrate to ipv6 and give workshops, building C# web applications, give workshops on stress testing, managing hundreds of nodes using puppet and monitor stuff using nagios, setting up telephone systems using Asterisk, virtualise environments to ESX and Hyper-V, you name it, I've done it. The last years I've been focusing on caching and high-performance web performance, using Varnish, hitch, haproxy, etc.

After working in IT for about 12 years I decided to switch careers, and I'm now a law enforcement officer most of my time. I fill up my spare time with taking on cool and fun projects, that also make an extra buck.

Because I have so much all-round knowledge and I'm highly analytical, I have some customers that call me after they've tried all other options and can't find the cause of a problem. I'm not that fast, but I am thorough, and I get the job done!
