I have acquired over 10 years of experience in Business Development, Customer Service, Sales Closing, Recruitment & Training working for Top of the line BPO companies operating in US & having back offices in Pakistan. Through out my professional career I have serviced mostly N-American customers,clients, business owners while also having to report directly to higher management & CEO's responsible for outsourcing their product or services. I have been trained by some of the best Corporate trainers in US on accent, customer service & selling skills while maintaining highest industry and quality standards with exceptional results.

I have been a stellar performer on various projects across various industries, B2C or B2B. I have recently resigned as a Snr Manager Operations to build my own company with lack of capital I'm starting as a freelancer in the hope to build from here based on the quality of my work and putting into practice what I have learnt over a decade.

Work Terms

1:24/7 I adjust my hours according to work requirements. Have been working with a 12 hour time difference for 12 years now.
2:Payment Options are negotiable which are suited to both the client and me.
3: For communication Skype, Email & phone everything works.
