I am an upbeat, hardworking and dependable individual looking to fulfill your executive & non-executive level administrative needs.

Management of Administrative and Employment Services. Responsible for all administration aspects of the US corporate office; staffing, new hire training, property management, US and International patent and trademark filings, tradeshow management, investor relations, telecommunications, database management and website management.

Human Resources and Personnel. Directs the Human Resource/Personnel function of the US corporate office and acts as liaison between Capstone HK. Responsibilities include but not limited to employee policy handbook, HK employee contracts, performance appraisals for non-executive and hourly positions, discipline, policy and procedure

Additional Information: I am currently a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant & Corporate Secretary for a public company. I am seeking a part-time opportunity 40 hours a month that I could perform remotely from my home at night and/or on the weekends.

I have approximately sixteen years of experience in a corporate setting and fourteen years of professional experience in an administrative capacity. I have demonstrated proficiency in all core office administration functions, including document, proposal, report, press release and employment agreement preparation, travel arrangements, internal/external communication, meeting scheduling, expense management and task prioritization. In addition, I have knowledge in international business, contract review, SEC filings, corporate stocks and office/property management.

Work Terms

I can communicate either through email or phone. I also have a Skype account that may be used. I am available to work at night and on the weekends.
