Hi,

i'm 23 years old, i have done my MCA. while studying i was doing job in a a BPO company. i joined the company with Data Processor Designation(Probation period). after completed my probation period of 3 months i have been promoted to Sr. Research Executive with Best Agent Of The Month Award. After 6 months of dedication i got a new designation and it was a Customer Support Executive. Finally that day came when i was about to complete my 1 year in company and something happened that day which was not common for that company since 13 years of long journey. Now i was having a designation of Process Specialist.

My responsibility was to handle all the projects which are on going in my team, whenever we are getting any new project or process, i need to understanding that project, finding the best process to complete the task before deadlines with 100 accuracy.

i have worked in same company for 3 years but i was not satisfied with the salary i was being paid so i decided to work individually.

right now i have my own experienced team of 5 members, we are working for Canadian base Logistics Trucking Company. our job for this project is handle the customer support e-mail account, answer the call from customer and resolve their every problems related delivery, dispatching to drivers, create a monthly report of all the incomes and expenses.

Now we as a team doing this project since last 4 months i think i can handle more works too just like i was handing multiple projects at same time in my past job.
