I am a law graduate with extensive experience in drafting various legal documents, contracts, Terms & Conditions, Policies, etc., and a conversant legal researcher. I am also a skillful legal essayist with 100+ published writings on different legal issues. Though I am new to freelancing, I have substantial on-field knowledge of the above-mentioned subjects. I am a hard worker and a dedicated professional.
I am a Business Law Graduate with a Diploma in Labor Law, Advanced Certification in English Common Law (London), Personal Finance (Irvine), and Company Law along with M&A (NUJS). I have extensive experience in Legal Writing and Research. I am a SEBI certified Compliance Officer. On multiple occasions, I have engaged in drafting contracts of different nature including Non-Disclosure Agreements and Employment Agreements, through Upwork. I have also worked on projects relating to Australian and American contract laws, where my main duty was to create a legal risk assessment report for the client as a paralegal. I am also a certified GDPR consultant and can assist you in writing Privacy statements, Terms & Conditions, Website policies, etc. for your website. Also, I am an Essayist and can assist you in writing articles on different issues.

Work Terms
Our operational working period is divided into two shifts - First (10 a.m to 7 a.m.) & Second (8 p.m. to 5 a.m.) - IST. We currently have three team leaders who and one owner.
