? Preparing annual budgets and forecasts;
? Keep in close contact with local Internet, telephone and IT infrastructure providers;
? Deep knowledge in Lotus notes as one of the main database platform in the company; ? Symantec Backup Desktop Agent;
? Responsible for company tape backup;
? Installation and configuration of the company`s Windows based workstations and servers;
? Maintenance of Local Area Network;
? Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of printers, Printer DCA, FileZilla;
? Managing and granting access to the users in the Active Directory;
? Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of local accounting software – Omega and Business Navigator;
? Good knowledge in installing and configuring of HP Service Manager;
? Installing of Power Distribution Unit;
? Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco and Avaya telephony;
? Citrix Receiver – implementation and configuration;
? Managing Cisco Call Manager Console;
? Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of all needed software for the accounts in the company – Cisco, Honda, Xerox and Sears
