Hello my name is Alisha. First off I'm super organized on a regular basis (I color code my own personal planner!) So organization is fun for me which allows me to manage my time effectively and get task done quickly. I'm very reliable and good at multi tasking. I have 10 plus years experience in communication and customer service answering email, phone calls and data entry. I'm also proficient with excel, word, and Google sheets. I'm a very quick learner and always open to learning new skills if needed. Being a mother of 4 I'm always on the go so working in a fast pace setting is not a problem for me. It has also made my multitasking and time management skills improve tremendously. I'm always learning more effective ways to make the most of my time. If you are looking for a hardworking, reliable, outgoing person who isn't afraid of learning new thing and who isn't just doing this for a job but is actually passionate about what they do then I'm the prefect candidate! Work Terms

1. Preferred Contact/Communication: I prefer using email: amontgomery1016@gmail.com. I also have Google hangouts (handle is the same as my email address) if that works better! (*depending on the client and job duties I will give out my phone number upon request.)

2. Availability/Scheduling: I'm available Full time (40 hrs./wk.), Part time (25 hrs./wk.). I'm available to work customized schedule if there are specific hours or days (*must discuss special schedule first before agreeing to the schedule)

3. Pricing/Rates: Minimum price of 25$ an hour.
Minimum price for projects is 400$ (*depending on what the job consists of price could be higher or lowered.)

4. Payment Terms: •payment method- I prefer direct deposit to my bank account. I'll also except PayPal. I'll except checks only if client discusses this with me before job is excepted.
•Payments due- Payments are due depending on the job schedule. If hourly job I'll except payment at the end of every week. If a project then I'll except half of the payment upfront and the other half upon completion of the project. (*unless otherwise agreed upon)
•Late Fee- if payment isn't made by the date agreed upon there will be a 5% late fee.

5. No Spec. Work Allowed: My time is precious as is your time. I'm highly qualified in the services that I provide. So to avoid wasting anyone's time or to filter out jobs that aren't serious or scams. I will not except any Spec. Work of any kind. Thank you.
