Allen graduated from Auburn University, in 1990, with a BS degree in Computer Engineering. He has since spent the last 20 years designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying custom legacy data-conversion systems for a number of Fortune 500 financial services clients. Allen has become an industry expert at building cutting-edge solutions by reverse engineering data repositories and then delivering enterprise-size conversion projects at minimal cost, and no production interruption. He is a tactical planner who also happens to be a strong, effective communicator. He has led cross-functional project teams, often across multiple large-scale, concurrent engagements, to deliver results against aggressive budget/time targets. Allen is energized and motivated by challenging projects, and truly enjoys leading engagements to seamlessly transition his client to their desired goal.
