As a Compliance professional with an active bar license in NYS and 8+ years experience, I come equipped with the skills to advise a broad range of businesses. I've worked in traditional finance (retail banking, broker dealers, RIAs, money services businesses) as well as served as the first Compliance hire at two early stage cryptocurrency/web3 startups. I've scaled Compliance programs from scratch, with a focus on licensing, AML, privacy, trade surveillance, policies and procedures, and training.
